Resort 2010 Part II

More of my favorites from resort- gotta love emerging designers doin’ their thang.

I’ve always loved Roy’s use of different silhouettes and colors- who would ever think of orange wide-leg trouser? Um, she does, and makes me realize it’s what my wardrobe has always been missing. Plus, those heels are bananas. I. Want. Now.

I feel like if you were a fashionable Parisian woman in the late 1940s you’d be wearing this. Stefano Pilati  just makes it all work, plus adds interesting proportions and color combinations. And the patterned white dress? Amazing, gorgeous and so wearable!

Vena Cava makes white interesting again- these guys know how to play with textures and make black seem anything but boring or basic. It’s exactly what I want to wear right now- and those orange platforms are making it onto my wish list immediately.

Seriously, anything Rag & Bone puts down the runway is instantly cool. If I saw a girl wearing any of this down the street, I’d instantly want to be her friend. The leather dress is my favorite item from any resort collection- it doesn’t matter that it’s extremely impractical/would get really hot/wildly overpriced.

What are your favorite Resort 2010 collections?
